WHAT’S WASHLB?

Founded and based in Philadelphia, WashLB is an app based, washing and detailing service revolutionizing the car wash game one car in one parking space at a time – it’s easy affordable, convenient, and effortless.

WHERE CAN I GET MY CAR WASHED?

You can get your car washed at any of the WashLB service locations that are listed on the WashLB website and mobile app. Wash·LB DOES NOT perform washes on any car that are off-street parked.

WHAT TIME DOES WASHLB PROVIDE ITS SERVICE?

EMPLOYEE SERVICE

DAY: Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

DAY: Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

 

RESIDENT SERVICE

DAY: Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

WEEKEND: Saturday – Sunday (11:00PM – 6:00AM)

OVERNIGHT*: Monday – Sunday (11:00PM – 6:00AM)

* – Apartment and Condo parking lots/garages

WHEN WILL MY CAR GET WASHED?

Your car will be washed on the day that you booked for your wash. Your wash will be completed by the time you indicated you will return to your vehicle.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR MY CAR WASH?

NO. WashLB is all about convenience. WashLB makes it easy to drop-off and retrieve keys for interior service at all of our service locations.

HOW ARE YOUR WASHERS SCREENED?

Each of our washers goes through a rigorous interview and training process. Additionally, each washer must pass a criminal background check.

WILL PARKING LOCATIONS BE SPLIT INTO TWO AREAS… NON-WASH PARKING VS WASH PARKING?

NO… not at all. We curtain off the individual vehicle in its parking space. The vehicle is washed right where it is parked!

WILL OTHER CARS BE AFFECTED WHILE SERVICES ARE PERFORMED ON A INTENDED VEHICLE?

Every vehicle is curtained off in the parking space so that adjacent vehicles are not affected by the service.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY WASHERS WITH WATER OR ELECTRICITY?

NO. At WashLB we bring our own water and power supply so that our customers enjoy a no-hassle service.

WHAT PRODUCTS DOES WASHLB USE?

WashLB cleaning products are VOC compliant. Each formula has been expertly crafted to give excellent results with ingredients that are safe for you and your vehicle.

CAN I GET A CAR WASH WHILE PARKED OFF-STREET?

NO. Making sure that our Washers can safely perform each service is our highest priority. Off-Street parking does not provide a Washer with a consistently safe space to perform our service.

HOW DOES YOUR PRICING WORK?

With WashLB you never have to pull out your wallet. No need for cash tips either. You pay for everything through the app or website!

WHEN DOES WARM AND WINTER PRICING APPLY?

Warm season pricing applies October through March, and Winter season pricing applies from April through September.

HOW DO I PAY?

WashLB is a cashless transaction. Once you BOOK the service and apply tip if you chose, your credit card on file will be automatically charged. Once the service is completed you’ll receive a receipt in your email inbox and app.

CAN WASHERS BE TIPPED?

Yes. 100% of your tip amount will go directly to your Washer.

HOW DO I TIP MY WASHERS?

  1. Tipping is completely cashless and can be left via the WashLB app upon the notification of completion of your service.
  2. Once your service has been competed, you’ll have the option to rate your experience.
  3. Valet tips are completely optional – Make sure to hit the “No Tip” option and proceed to the next screen if you wish to pass.

HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?

In the case there is an issue with your WashLB experience and/or service, please reach out to the Customer Service team and we’d be happy to assess the matter further. In the case a refund is promised, please expect this to be reflected on your credit card within 3-7 business days.

ARE YOU INSURED?

We carry a $1M General Liability insurance policy protecting you, locations, others, and your vehicle. Please take your valuables out of your vehicles, as we are NOT responsible for theft. All claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of the completion of your service.

WHAT IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO MY CAR OR STOLEN PROPERTY?

WashLB carries a $1M insurance policy that covers damages that covers our washers, locations and vehicles. All vehicles are pre-screened for personal property by a WashLB Supervisor before each service is performed.

WHERE DO CAN I DOWNLOAD WASHLB?

 

  1. Download the WashLB app from the App Store (iPhone)
  2. Download the WashLB app from the Google Play Store (Android)- COMING SOON

 

We’ll ask you for a few permissions to speed up the sign-up process & get you service asap.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR WASHLB?

Hit the “SIGN UP” button and enter the following:

 

  1. Email
  2. Cell #
  3. Choose a Password
  4. Vehicle Information

 

TAKE A SELFIE

  1. Upload your best selfie so our Washers can identify you.
  2. Upload your best vehicle selfie (LICENSE PLATE SHOWING) so our Washers can identify your car.

HOW DO I ADD MY CREDIT CARD… DOES IT SAVE TO MY ACCOUNT?

Enter your credit card info by typing it in or quickly scan your card for auto-input.
Added the wrong card? To delete a card, just add your new card to your account & you’ll be able to remove the card you’d no longer want on file.

WHAT IS THE WASHLB POPUP?

It is a 1-Day complimentary service that introduces the WashLB experience to locations, customers, employees and residents.

WHAT SERVICE IS PROVIDED DURING THE POPUP?

We provide the COUPE Standard wash exclusively, which is just an exterior wash.

HOW MUCH IS THE POPUP?

FREE.

CAN I GET MY CAR VACUUMED WITH MY EXTERIOR WASH?

YES. We will vacuum the interior of the vehicle for a $5.00 charge.
