You can get your car washed at any of the WashLB service locations that are listed on the WashLB website and mobile app.
DAY: Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 3:00PM)
EVENING: Monday – Sunday (7:00PM – 12:00AM)
Your car will be washed on the day that you booked for your wash. Your wash will be completed within the designated window (not at a specific time).
NO. WashLB is all about convenience. WashLB makes it easy to drop-off and retrieve keys for interior service at all of our service locations.
Each of our washers goes through a rigorous interview and training process. Additionally, each washer must pass a criminal background check.
No. We wash each car right where it’s parked. Our process is highly flexible and doesn’t impact surrounding vehicles. In some (rare) cases, locations choose to establish a designated wash area for residents’/ employees’ convenience.
No. At WashLB we bring our own water and power supply so that our customers enjoy a no-hassle service.
WashLB cleaning products are VOC compliant. Each formula has been expertly crafted to give excellent results with ingredients that are safe for you, your vehicle, and the environment.
With WashLB you never have to pull out your wallet. No need for cash tips either. You pay for everything through the app or website!
Yes. 100% of your tip amount will go directly to your Washer.

In the case there is an issue with your WashLB experience and/or service, please reach out to the Customer Service team and we’d be happy to assess the matter further. In the case a refund is promised, please expect this to be reflected on your credit card within 3-7 business days.
We carry a $3M General Aggregate insurance policy protecting you, locations, others, and your vehicle. Please take your valuables out of your vehicles, as we are NOT responsible for theft. All claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of the completion of your service.
